Random Fitness post

 Hey guys. Just to let you know. This workout is for females unless you still wanna try but yea. 


Now For the video up there. Just do that workout for 2 weeks and probably do some runs or walks for 30 min after that.(my opinion)

Also if make sure you eat 7 meals a day in a small portion.

Also if you wanna gain abs instead,you can do this video(but make sure you are quite good with some of the moves because some of them are quite hard)

I would recommend lots of rest after that because your stomach could kinda hurt after that but yea.
