Hello people. Today holiday learning is a reading work. The story is about a boy has a new bag but then you realise the whole class has the same bag and then later when they come back.

The bags get mixed up and they have to search every bag. Welp i can't explain the whole story so im gonna go now so goodbye.

Random Fitness post

 Hey guys. Just to let you know. This workout is for females unless you still wanna try but yea. 

Now For the video up there. Just do that workout for 2 weeks and probably do some runs or walks for 30 min after that.(my opinion)

Also if make sure you eat 7 meals a day in a small portion.

Also if you wanna gain abs instead,you can do this video(but make sure you are quite good with some of the moves because some of them are quite hard)

I would recommend lots of rest after that because your stomach could kinda hurt after that but yea.
